Shipping and return
Delivery time will be 2-5 working days for orders within Belgium.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.
For international orders do not hesitate to contact us. Please note, that shippng fees may be different to your country.
Please contact us
directly if you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that
the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned nor exchanged:
- Sale items
- Lingerie & sleepwear
- Jewelry and accessories (except scarves and bags).
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report
this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund
or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to
you at our own expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund the
shipping fee as well.
